She completed her MBBS and MD in Cardiology from BSMMU and has served as Associate Professor at Kumudini Medical College & Hospital, Professor & Head of the Department at US Bangla Medical College & Hospital, and consultant at Medix, Dhanmondi, and Rainbow Heart Consultation Center.
